The Volunteer Bot , an Idea π€ & actions !
This is dedicated to my dear friends who are Teachers in Art Of Living Trust
and many friends in Open #Street Schools and in NGOs.
They were looking for help to do their non-productive and repetative tasks for their campaign.
Idea π‘ The ML RPA SaaS Bot (i.e. solution) a.k.a The Volunteer Bot that can do repetitive digital activities.
Current Bot can send bulk messages in WhatsApp with Zero-Cost :)
We have list of features so far . .. .
- Bot should understand duplicate record & acknowledge them β
- Bot should understand WA (WhatsApp) records which are not supported & acknowledge them β
- Bot should understand records to skip β
- Bot should send various messages to specific XYZ phone number β
- Bot should send various messages to specific group β
- Bot should have option to send Greeting message on demand (i.e. Jai Gurudev + _Name_) β
- Bot should support various messages to send β
- Single Message with or without Greeting Message
- Poster Image with or without Greeting Message
- Message and Poster with or without Greeting Message
- Send the attachment e.g To send Image or Video file
- Generate report for Campaign Run with Graphs β
- Bot should register NGOs and let them login securely. Bot has a license to protect binary distribution β (Free license available for NGOs & Trust)
- Bot should send follow up polls (for AOL daily Kriya + Sahaj) and collect statistics daily from the polls.
- Bot should send statistics by month as per poll. This report shows active users and (For AOL It helps to understand who is regularly doing daily kriya dhyana and who needs individual followup.)
- Bot should do actions on Cloud Platform with Tanent by NGOs.
- Bot should be triggered by Email or by Whatsapp Channel. For example, NGO can send email to Bot or send WhatsApp to Bot and Bot should start working on given tasks.
- Bot should reply on various channels with report.
